REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A valid credit card or debit card is required a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee and pay for your Warrior Mobile Gaming/Warrior Mobile Laser Tag, LLC reservation. Remaining balance is due at time of arrival. NO REFUND in the event of your reservation being canceled. We will make every effort to post pone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary. We do ask if you have to cancel your party that you please let us know at least 3 days before your party date. We reserve the right to cancel a party at any time without refund.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC/Warrior Mobile Gaming reserves the right to refuse service to client if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event NO REFUND.

Payment Policy: Full remaining balance is due at the time of arrival. You may pay by cash are a valid credit card/ Debit card. If paying remaining balance with credit/debit card we charge a 3.7% processing fee. You will see this fee added in to the total price at checkout. NO PERSONAL CHECKS or gift cards of any kind. We ONLY

allow gift vouchers purchased from our website. 

  

 

Major Holidays surcharge: All major federal holidays will have a holiday surcharge added on. This surcharge will cost $100.

Virtual Reality is a VERY immersive experience and can affect everyone differently. Please read the following disclaimer to be included on individual waivers for the participants.
I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITY AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I AM AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL LOSS, AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR OUTCOMES MAY ARISE FROM MY OWN OR OTHERS’ NEGLIGENCE, OR THE CONDITION OF THE ACTIVITY LOCATION(S). NONETHELESS, I ASSUME ALL RELATED RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME, OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY. Pre-existing Medical Conditions: People who have previous medical conditions such as severe headaches, ear-aches, or psychiatric disorders, should see a doctor before using our VR headsets. Some people may experience seizures triggered by flashing lights or patterns while experiencing virtual reality, even if they have never had a seizure before, or have no history of epilepsy or seizures. Anyone who knows or believes they may have previously experienced a seizure or other symptom linked to an epileptic condition should see a doctor prior to using our VR headsets. Motion Sickness: People who are prone to motion sickness have a risk of experiencing discomfort when using Virtual Reality. Do not use when you are sleep deprived, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have digestive problems. Age Restrictions: Children of the age of 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:
Our Game Coach will not play any “AO (ADULTS ONLY)” rated or higher game in the video game theater without authorization from the OWER of Warrior Mobile Gaming / Warrior Mobile Laser Tag, LLC prior to the party/event. If you wish to have an “AO (ADULTS ONLY)” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us, indicating the game you prefer or let the OWER of Warrior Mobile Gaming / Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC know as soon as you can after he gets there. GTA IS BANNED FROM OUR GAMING TRAILER.

FOOD/DRINK:
We do not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering (NO gum, suckers, or any candy of any kind). This is to help keep our gaming trailer nice and clean.

TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE: 

A Travel/Fuel surcharge is applied for locations more than 30 miles from our home zip code. Click the zip code to check your distance from our zip code  36207 (Anniston, AL.)  Please note if you didn't add your travel/fuel surcharge that we'll automatically apply any travel surcharge to mileage that exceeds the 25 mile radius. PLEASE INSURE YOU HAVE APPLIED YOUR TRAVEL SURCHARGE. Travel over 80 miles please call 256.716.8570 or email warriorlasertag76@gmail.com to see if we service your area. If we agree to service your area this will have a higher travel/fuel surcharge.

BAD WEATHER:
  There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we will stop all activities (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated heavy rain, snowstorm, tropical storm, or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling, we are not responsible for the weather; however, the Game Coach is responsible for making a weather-related play/no-play decision that protects the players and equipment. It’s the game coach’s call to cancel or continue the party. If weather forces the game coach to cancel a party before the party begins, we will reschedule for no additional charge. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A TORNADO WARNING/WATCH IS ISSUED FOR YOUR AREA. THE GAME COACH WILL STOP ALL ACTIVITIES. THIS ALSO GOES FOR SEVERE WEATHER WARNINGS THAT MAY TURN IN A TORNADO WARNING/WATCH. THIS IS FOR EVERYONES SAFETY.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
Warrior Mobile Gaming/Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC does require a parent or responsible adult to be always present inside or just outside of the theater. Guests 16 and under require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. Guests age 6 an under will always require a parent or responsible adult in the game theater at all times. While we will do our best to adhere to the wishes of parents and/or adults as to what types of games or game ratings are allowed during an event, it is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to monitor their own child if they choose not to allow them to play. We cannot always monitor each game session for every child, especially during larger events and venues. Please let your guests know about our 6 and under policy.

INTERNET ACCESS

Warrior Mobile Gaming/Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC game coaches will take appropriate steps and troubleshooting to provide internet for the party games.  In the case that internet is deemed inaccessible, unreliable, or otherwise unusable, the game coaches will cease focusing on gaining access to the internet and turn all focus to running a great event with offline games only.  We do not provide refunds for parties which fail to connect to the internet.

WAIVER: (Mobile Laser Tag and Mobile Foam Party)
All participants must have a signed “hold harmless” waiver prior to participation. Minors (under 18) must have the waiver signed by a parent or responsible guardian. Click on Waiver to download your      Waiver

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
we reserve the right to limit game play to those under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated during any Warrior Mobile Gaming/Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC event. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. WITHOUT A REFUND.

DAMAGE/INJURY:
Neither Warrior Mobile Gaming/Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to park gaming trailer, set up the laser tag/ foam machine playing field in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Warrior Mobile Gaming/Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to our equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Neither Warrior Mobile Gaming/Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC nor their employees assume any responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. After damaged equipment has been identified. An invoice will be sent to guest/host for balance due to fix and or replace damaged equipment. You will have 5 business days to pay balance. If balance is not paid in full Warrior Mobile Laser Tag LLC/Warrior Mobile Gaming will turn all matters over to our legal department.

OUR TRUCK/TRAILER:
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Most times, we park in your neighborhood street at the end of your driveway, so you might want to let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block your driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property, or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination are very long, and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park.  DUE TO THE NATURE OF APARTMENT COMPLEX PARKING/LOT SIZES. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVICE IN  APARTMENT COMPLEX. WE ASK THAT YOU USE A LOCAL PARK OR CHURCH WITH A BIGGER PARKING LOT. REMEMBER WE NEED AT LEAST 55-60FT OF SPACE. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event without prior approval nor park off a hardened surface                                                   

(WE CAN NOT PARK IN YOUR DRIVEWAY INSURANCE REGULATIONS)  . We will try to accommodate your wishes on where to park, but the game coach has the final decision. If our game coach is not 100% comfortable knowing that the trailer can be maneuvered to the spot you prefer without causing damage or injury, our game coach will not do it. Please note we have room on the inside for 15-20 guest inside our gaming trailer we do have two tv's outside as well. (weather permitting )

PICTURES/VIDEOS:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures/videos of the game play. We use these party photos/videos for our web site and Social Media pages (Facebook, Google page etc.) We never identify players’ last names or locations. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures/videos or posting them on the Fan Page, please notify the Game Coach prior to the party.

TIPS:
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she tutors, inspires, and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
