FUNDRAISING
We offer a 60/40 split of all funds raised. 60% for your school or organization’s needs and 40% for us. It's a WIN WIN. Warrior Mobile Gaming has a fixed rate of $400 to be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
You choose the the service Game trailer, Laser tag or both. Most pick both services more bang for your buck.
HOW TO PROMOTE:
** Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Flyers, School, Sports, Work, Snapchat, etc... We also promote your event on all our pages.
NUMBER OF PLAYERS ALLOWED
** Unlimited number of players, the more you invite the more funds are raised
AMOUNT OF GAME TIME
** Typically fundraisers will take 2-4 hours depending on the size of the group. The larger the group the more time we suggest you reserve.
BREAKDOWN EXAMPLE:
** 120 players X $30 per person = $3600
** $3600 x60% = $2160 your organization
** $400 Warrior fixed cost this doesn't come out of your funds raised. This is to be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
** $3600 X 40% = $1440 for us
** $2160 total profit for your organization all while having a BLAST! This is just a example but with the right services in place your fundraising event can be a HIT! We make NO guarantee of the outcome of your event.
